This point-and-shoot 35mm film camera is fully operational and ready to produce another lifetime of fantastic photos.
The film compartment, battery compartment, and viewfinder are pristine and without defects. The lens is in excellent condition without balsam separation, haze, fungus, or scratches. All levers, buttons, and switches actuate as they should, and the autofocus system works perfectly.
The New Sure Shot is the improved version of the original AF35M. It has a 38mm f/2.8 lens (4 elements in 4 groups), automatic film advance and rewind, is compatible with films up to ISO 1000, and features a triangulation system using a near-infrared beam for autofocusing.
To load film, you just position the film leader at the specified mark and press the shutter button to advance to the first frame. Film advance is automatic. To rewind film, hold down the lock release button and slide the rewind switch.
Exposures are controlled electronically with automatic program shooting, allowing the photographer to focus on composition, framing, and just having fun.
Integrated and user-deployable flash enable fill-flash and low-light shooting.
